Payment Policy
After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a non-refundable deposit is required within 2 days to secure your reservation. The remainder of the payment is due within 6 weeks from the start date of the holiday (payment dates will be confirmed upon sign-up). Or, you can choose to pay in full for 5% discount (certain retreats only-inquire). Payments will be made either through bank transfer or a secure PayPal invoice (3% fee will be added to final amount). If you wish to pay via another option, please let us know and we will be happy to try and accommodate your needs. Cash is no longer accepted for payments.

Holiday Cancelations
“Cancelation is defined as not attending your scheduled and paid for (whether deposit or in full) Sole Dream Holiday, including postponements and/or rescheduling. We understand things can happen, so please read through this policy before making and paying for your holiday through Sole Dream Holidays. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. Although we do not offer travel insurance, there are several options. Travel Nomad is a great place to start. We have had numerous guests who have had great success with Travel Nomad and their insurance plans.

Guest Cancelation Policy
Sole Dream Holidays does not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. A percentage of your payment may be returned via PayPal (minus fees) or can be used as credit for a future holiday within 12 months of your original booking. Another alternative is to transfer your credit to another guest within 12 months of your cancellation.

Depending on when you cancel, certain fees may apply. Deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

-If you cancel 45 or more days before your holiday start date, 60% (minus deposit) will be refunded (minus fees ) or applied as credit to another Sole Dream Holiday (or transfered to another guest)

-If you cancel 15-44 days before your holiday start date, 40% (minus deposit) will be refunded (minus fees) or applied as credit to another Sole Dream Holiday (or transfered to another guest)

-If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, your entire payment is non-refundable. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to our cancelation and reservation policy.

-If you do not pay final amount within designated time or discuss alternative payments with us, Sole Dream Holidays will need to cancel your reservation to seek another guest to fill spot.

We do not offer credit or partial refunds if you arrive to the scheduled holiday late or need to leave early. No refunds will be given for unused accommodations, meals or activities. Our holidays are presented as a total package; refunds and credits are not given for unused services.

Guest Responsibility
The acceptance of a verbal or written confirmation from SOLE DREAM HOLIDAYS constitutes your agreement of the terms and conditions listed herein.
Participants are responsible to be adequately insured, therefore Traveler’s Insurance is strongly recommended. SOLE DREAM HOLIDAY’s assumes no responsibility nor liability for any delay, loss, damage, injury or accident with regards to persons or property which may be caused by fault or negligence of any third party vendor. This includes hotels, transportation providers, excursions and local operators participating in part for our services. SOLE DREAM HOLIDAYS and its staff will be held harmless for any expense caused by injury or accident, to any participants as well as any loss or damage of personal items while on our tours.
We reserve the right to make any changes to services and itineraries, with or without notice, which may become necessary.

SOLE DREAM HOLIDAYS, its affiliates, accommodations, partners, third party vendors, and tour providers cannot be held responsible for events that are outside of our control. There are no refunds as per our cancellation policies. We highly recommend that all of our guests secure an insurance policy that will cover them for ANY event which may cause for a change of travel plans, or for ANY unfortunate event (‘force majeure’) including but of course not limited to:

– Transportation delays, cancellations or changes due to strikes, labor disputes, or lockouts from airlines, boats, ferries or any type of transportation
– Any inconvenience or complication caused by bad weather (storms, floods, hurricanes, etc)
– Government/political actions, events or situations; threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war.
– Personal health issues or personal situations in general which may affect travel plans
– Any loss, theft or damage of personal items at any stage of your trip
– Any accident causing injury during any stage of your trip
– This is why we require purchasing travel insurance

Sole Dream Holidays Cancelation
We certainly hope this never happens, but if Sole Dream Holidays must cancel a scheduled holiday (political unrest, low sign-ups, unsafe conditions), you may transfer your full payment to another holiday within one year or request a refund, any incurred by Sole Dream Holidays which are not recoverable. We reserve the right to cancel any Sole Dream Holiday due to inadequate participation. In this case you will be noticed within 4 weeks of the holiday start date. Sole Dream Holidays is not responsible for any external expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled holiday including airline tickets, loss of work or any other costs associated in preparing for the trip. Please purchase your travel insurance at time of purchase to cover any and all extra expenses.

This is why we require purchasing travel insurance and encourage our clients to purchase “cancel for any reason” to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation. This is stated before filling out our Reservation Form to understand our policy.

Sole Dream Holidays Liability
Participation in Sole Dream Holidays classes includes, but is not limited to, participation in, and performing various Yoga & Pilates postures. Yoga and physical exercise is an individual experience. I understand that in Yoga and in any other exercise class, I will progress at my own pace. If at any point I feel overexertion or fatigue, I will respect my own body’s limitations and I will rest before continuing Yoga or any other exercise.

By signing up for a yoga, fitness, pilates holiday, I acknowledge that participation in Sole Dream Holiday’s classes or any other voluntary activity during the Sole Dream Holiday exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk and hereby release Sole Dream HolidaysShari L. Hochberg and / or any other persons who may teach with Sole Dream Holidays, from any and all liability, negligence, or other claims, arising from, or in any way connected, with my participation in Sole Dream Holidays.

Covid-19 Policy
All guests are required to be fully vaccinated on any Sole Dream Holiday through 2022 regardless of the location’s policy. Please note that it is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they are fully vaccinated a minimum of two weeks prior to departing on an adventure with us. The policy will be updated for 2023 according to the country in which we are hosting. (Example: if a country requires the vaccine, then we will follow this policy and require it as well)
All travelers will be required to fill out and sign our Liability Waiver form.
Travel insurance is also mandatory. Travel Nomad is a great place to start. We have had numerous guests who have had great success with Travel Nomad and their insurance plans.

I understand that Sole Dream Holidays has stated that Travel insurance is required. And it is my responsibility to purchase an appropriate policy.
